Delivery

Orders can be collected from your child’s school or from Cre8ive Graphics, 12 Peel Street, Bishop Auckland. You can select your preferred option at the checkout. We do not currently offer home delivery. 

Returns

• Garments can be returned if the size is incorrect and will be replaced only if tags are still attached to the garments with receipt/proof of purchase when returned to the shop.
• Faulted garments will be replaced or credited if a manufacturing default is present.
• Please note if an item is to be returned or exchanged it must be within 28 days of receipt of the product and a copy of your web order must be produced or your shop receipt.
